Welcome to Solvify AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Solvify AI mobile application (the "App") operated by Solvify AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.
2. Use of the App
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18 years old, you may only use this App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2.2 User Account
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
2.3 Educational Purpose
The App is designed to assist with problem-solving and learning. While we strive to provide accurate solutions and explanations, you should use the App as a learning tool and not solely rely on it for academic assignments or examinations.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 App Content
The content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Solvify AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
3.2 User-Generated Content
You retain full and exclusive ownership of all content you submit to the App, including math problems, images, and any other materials. We do not claim any rights, ownership, or license to your content.
3.3 AI-Generated Solutions
All AI-generated solutions and explanations produced through your use of the App belong entirely to you. We do not claim any copyright, ownership, or license over this content. These solutions are provided for educational purposes and their accuracy is not guaranteed.
4. Data Collection and Usage
We use AppsFlyer, a third-party analytics service, to collect certain data for advertising and analytics purposes. This data may include device identifiers and advertising identifiers. For more information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App:
• In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• To submit inappropriate or non-academic content
• To cheat on tests, exams, or academic assignments
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate others
• To interfere with other users' learning experience
• For any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
6. Payment and Subscriptions
6.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments through Google Pay and Apple Pay.
6.2 Refunds
Our refund policy is subject to the terms of Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Please refer to their respective policies for more information.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App and delete your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Solvify AI be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the App.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by sending a notification within the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through:
• Amicable negotiation between the parties
• Mediation
• Arbitration in Hong Kong, if the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation
